Bridging Hearts Bereavement offers a healing community for individuals navigating the complex emotions of grief after losing a loved one. United by our love for those we've lost, we support each other through pain, anger, faith, and doubt, as we share strength and hope in our grief counseling support groups.
Grief can deeply impact emotional health, relationships, and daily life. Many grieving individuals feel alone or misunderstood. However, engaging in grief counseling and joining support groups can provide meaningful relief. Research shows that being part of a healing community and sharing your grief with others can significantly support both emotional and physical wellbeing. Remember, you don't have to navigate this journey alone.
Compassion:
Every grief counseling journey we undertake is honored and respected.
Inclusivity:
We welcome people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences into our healing community.
Confidentiality:
What is shared in our support groups stays private.
Hope:
Healing is possible, even when it feels far away.
Together and Connected:
Science tells us that informal connections in our healing community are powerful medicine.
Optional:
We offer gatherings such as dinners, picnics, knitting/crochet groups, and local hiking trips to foster connections within our support groups.
